Support

Help Center

Short answers for sign-in, brokers, emails, and how to reach us.

Account

How do I create an account and sign in?
Go to Sign in. Enter your email. We send a 6-digit code. Enter that code. There is no password.

Brokers

What if a broker fails to refresh?
We send a short notice. Use Open broker, then retry the sync or check the Flex query. The daily report still sends. It uses the last good print for that book.

Emails

What emails does tradesolo send?
A sign-in code when you log in. A welcome email when you join. A daily P&L summary after the market day. A broker notice if a book fails to refresh.
What is the daily summary?
It is a close email for the prior UTC day. Today is the NAV change minus cash moves. The email also lists open trades, new trades, closed trades, books, and a link to the trade log.
Why are images or links broken?
Email images and buttons use https://www.tradesolo.io. If a link asks you to sign in, use the same email as your account.

The product

Is tradesolo a broker?
No. tradesolo is a journal and process tool. It does not hold funds and does not give investment advice.
How do I contact tradesolo?
Email cody@tradesolo.io or use the Contact Us page. Write from the email on your account if you can. That helps us find your books.
