Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

Your privacy matters. This page tells you what data tradesolo collects, why we collect it, and how you can reach us. We do not sell your data.

What we collect

  • Account data: your email address, and a name if you give one. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address (or Apple’s private relay address) and name from them.
  • Profile photo: a picture you choose to upload. The iPhone app asks for photo or camera access only when you change your photo.
  • Trade data: your trade log, notes, and portfolio figures.
  • Broker data: connection details and book rows that you sync.
  • Device data (iPhone app): a push notification token if you allow notifications, and your notification settings.
  • Use data: sign-in events, basic product usage, and error reports.

How we use it

We use this data to run the product, send sign-in codes, send product emails you ask for (such as the daily summary), and fix errors.

Who processes it

We use hosted services to run tradesolo. The main ones are Supabase (auth and database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Expo and Apple (push notifications), and Apple and Google (sign-in, if you use them). Your brokers (for example Interactive Brokers and Hyperliquid) send us the account data you connect, read-only. Market-data vendors supply prices. Each vendor processes only what they need to provide that service. We do not use your data for advertising or tracking across other apps.

Cookies and sign-in

We use a session cookie so you stay signed in.

How long we keep it

We keep account and trade data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove personal data that we no longer need to keep for legal or security reasons.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the iPhone app (Settings, then Delete account) or by emailing us. This removes your profile, photo, broker connections, trade data and sign-in.

Your requests

Email cody@tradesolo.io to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it.
