These terms cover your use of tradesolo on the web and in the iPhone app. tradesolo is run by Gargantua Trading Limited (“we”). By using tradesolo you agree to them.

What tradesolo is

tradesolo is a trading journal and portfolio tracker. It shows trades, balances and risk figures, including a public journal of our own trading. It does not place trades, hold money or move funds, and broker connections are read-only.

Not investment advice

Nothing in tradesolo is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Trades shown are records of past decisions, not signals. Trading carries a high risk of loss, and you can lose more than you put in. Make your own decisions and get independent advice if you need it.

Your account

You must be 18 or over. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the iPhone app (Settings, then Delete account) or by emailing us.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse tradesolo: no attempts to break in, overload or scrape the service, and no use that breaks the law or anyone else’s rights.

Data and accuracy

Figures come from your brokers, market-data vendors and your own entries, and may be late, incomplete or wrong. Always check your broker for the official record. How we handle data is in the Privacy Policy.

Market Data from Tiingo.com. Market data shown in tradesolo is for your personal research only and may not be exported or redistributed.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause or stop parts of tradesolo, and we may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.

Liability

tradesolo is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Apple

If you use the iPhone app, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple’s standard licence terms for apps also apply.
